At Your Piano, LLC ("we" or "us"), the privacy of our users ("user" or "you") is of paramount importance. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information that is collected and recorded by Magic Keys and how we use it. This policy applies to our mobile application, Magic Keys, and governs the privacy of its users who choose to use it.
We use Google Firebase to collect usage and diagnostic data from our mobile app, Magic Keys. This data helps us understand how users interact with the app, which features are the most popular, where the app is slow, and where it crashes. The information collected includes:
We do not use this data to identify you personally. If you are signed in, however, this data may be associated with your account.
You can use Magic Keys without an account, and by default you do. If you choose to sign in — using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google — we receive and store the account identifier that provider gives us, and, where the provider supplies it, your email address and your first and last name. Apple provides your name and email only on your first sign-in. If you use Apple's Hide My Email option, the address we receive is the relay address Apple generates, not your real one.
Signing in exists so that your progress follows you to another device, and so that it survives reinstalling the app. It is optional.
If you are signed in, we store your activity so it can be synchronized across your devices. This includes which songs you have played, which songs you have marked as favorites, your high scores for each song and difficulty, and your sign-in sessions.
If you are not signed in, this information stays on your device and is not sent to us.
We use this information to run the app's features, to synchronize your progress between your devices, to analyze usage trends, and to diagnose crashes and performance problems. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Magic Keys does not show advertisements and does not collect advertising identifiers. We do not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, because we do not track you across apps or websites. Magic Keys does not sell subscriptions or in-app purchases, so we do not collect or store payment information.
You can delete your account from within the app, in Settings. Deleting your account removes your account record and everything stored with it — your identity details, your sessions, your play history, your favorites, and your scores. If you have questions about deletion, contact us at the address below.
Magic Keys uses the following services from Google Inc. ("Google"): Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, Firebase Remote Config, and Google Sign-In. Unlike websites, we do not use "cookies" for this, as the integration is through Google's SDKs within our mobile app. Information collected through these services is typically transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
If you sign in with Apple, that sign-in is handled by Apple Inc. and is subject to Apple's privacy policy. Your use of these services is subject to the respective privacy policies of Google and Apple.
We reserve the right to update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates or changes.
If you have any questions or suggestions about our Privacy Policy, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@magickeys.io.
