Welcome to Magic Keys, an interactive piano learning and playing app. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Magic Keys mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by Your Piano, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the Magic Keys App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2.1. Magic Keys is an interactive piano learning and playing app available on iOS devices. The App lets you play along with your favorite songs using on-screen keys or a connected MIDI keyboard.
2.2. The App is provided at no charge. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no advertisements. We may change what the App offers over time, and these Terms will be updated if that changes.
3.1. No account is required to use Magic Keys. You may use the App without signing in, in which case your progress is stored only on your device.
3.2. You may optionally sign in using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, so that your progress is saved to your account and follows you between devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the third-party account you sign in with.
3.3. You may delete your account at any time from within the App, in Settings. Deleting your account also deletes the data stored with it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4.1. All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Your Piano, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, without our written consent.

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
The App integrates with third-party services from Google (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Remote Config, and Google Sign-In) and, if you choose to sign in with Apple, from Apple. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Your Piano, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms within the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
